Transferring my number to Id mobile

I’m new to ID mobile, I’m trying to transfer my number from EE to ID and have got a PAC and put in the request. I got a text message saying the process could not be complete because either the name, number or transaction id is incorrect and that I should contact customer services. I just realised its enough impossible to contact customer services, there is no email, the chat is down and the phone number is a robot??? I already kinda regret switching to this network. I have not had the phone more than a week and already want to cancel, please advice.

Sorry for the late reply in getting back to you here.

Do you know if your PAC (code) is still active and within date with EE?


If so, please register your iD Mobile account on our website here.  When registering, be sure to use the mobile number that came with the iD Mobile SIM.

Once registered, you’ll be able to submit your PAC and your mobile number in there without the need for anything else.  All being well (with the old PAC) your number should move over within 1-2 working days at most.
