Two numbers/plans on one account?

Hi, I have an iD sim only plan for my Daughter and I manage the account, which is in my name and linked to my email address.  I am in the process of switching over to iD myself from EE, again on a sim only plan.  Will I be able to manage both plans from the same account or will I have to register/set up a new account (new username etc.) for myself?

You’ll need to register a separate account with a different email address for a 2nd line in your name.

How do you do this if you have used to same email for both contracts?

You will need to use a different email address when setting up the account:

That is a bit annoying. My wife only has one email address, and she wants a sim for her iPad as well as for her phone. Does she really have to go to another company to get a SIM that she can use with the same email? We would like to have all our accounts with ID, but this seems impossible.

Shame.

Hi @chrisbinge 

I’m afraid only 1 email address can be associated with 1 account. If you are looking to purchase another sim then a new account will need to be set up for this.
