Unable to login to the app

Hi

I had to reset my phone but now can't get into the app. 

I have been sent pass codes by ID but I get an error when I try to use them 'oops something went wrong'

Any ideas?

Hi @Nick.pen1985, we were having some system issue yesterday, which could explain things. Could you try deleting and reinstalling the app for me to see if this helps?
