Verificiation code not accepted

Have tried to change password on the app using the forgotten password prompt, each of the verification texts ive been sent for this havent been accepted.

Have tried copy and pasting the code as well as copying it myself and have sent new codes several times, but it still doesnt seem to accept.

Any idea why this might be?

Hi @Hetemaru,

I am sorry to hear this! When you’re using the code, are you doing so right away? They expire soon after being generated you see.

If so, please try to do this via your web browser instead or restart your device and let me know how it goes.
