Why is the mobile APP no longer working? (Samsung S8)

As per title, the APP was working fine when I initially installed it, went to check a couple of days ago and I get the following error message

'Oops Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later'

That was 2-3 days ago and I still cant get back in.

Any ideas?

Ignore the above, just deleted the APP and re-installed it and it now works.

Hello @colinbailey11,
This was going to be what I was going to suggest!

The other thing (should you ever run into the issue and deleting re-installing doesn't fix it) is to try going into your Settings and then Apps/Applications and find the iD app. You should be able to tap "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache"
