AI helps me with my loneliness and can be a friend. I can have a conversation and express my feelings to AI without being judged. Therefore, AI can help people who don't have anyone and can help mental health.

Coolest use of AI would be implementing world's problems solutions. My current preffered use of AI for personal and professional development is "deep research" to support my business start-up initiation. 😅 Unfortunately current climate in services businesses isn't easy to navigate.

I would love AI to help me with my daily routines as I have a tendency to forget things due to illness. It would also be great for assisting me with meal plans and shopping lists, I always forget something. It would also be super helpful to help me create more personalised greetings cards for friends and family. I think it would probably help to stop me procrastinating over tasks and in turn help my mental health.

Make everyday decisions for me so I don't have to waste time thinking about them - e.g: what to have for lunch, what to wear based on the weather, what day of the week to do laundry based on my schedule, what order to do chores in to maximise my productivity... Then I can focus on things that really matter, such as my job, spending time with loved ones, and improving mine and others' health and happiness

I would like to learn more about my health conditions and treatments/medications to help me cope with daily living.

I do a lot of crafts to help take my mind off the 24/7 pain when I can but, I'm not very good at design. If AI could help me to design my own images I'd be over the moon.

I would also like some assistance with cooking healthy meals from ingredients I actually like instead of ones I don't like.

The decoding of ancient languages is cool. Wouldn't it be cool if AI could pick up on animal calls and behaviours and let you know what is going on. So, your household cat or dog, or even the birds and bees in your garden. Being that close with nature would be amazing.
