My colleagues holding the door open for each other at work, always smiling and saying good morning, regardless of department or hierarchy- such a sweet gesture that makes me smile! :)

Bumping into one of my canine friends while at work - especially when one I’ve not seen in a while recognises me from a distances and tows their owner to come and see me.    I always feel in a better mood after an excited greeting.   Making a new canine friend is also a good boost.

2 free things for me: firstly waking up to blue skies and sunshine and secondly any 80’s song I haven’t heard for ages on the radio that brings back nostalgia. Not so free but even better is booking a holiday and counting down the days!!! :-)

Watching my 5 and 3 year olds play together and listening to them being the ‘teacher’ or the ‘librarian’ and how strict they are! They have put a lot of smiles on my face, but also a lot of wrinkles, hence wanting to apply for this!

A giggling baby makes me smile,  a tiny kitten makes me smile and the sunshine makes me smile. Shame I’ve not seen any of these for a while!!

A weird one but watching M.I.A. dance in her music video for Galang because back then she wasn’t very good at dancing and someone decided they’d have multiple images of her dancing away.
