What makes me happy, after being verbally or physically abused sometimes, while at work by teenagers students, is my partner. Just a kind look, a smile or a hug is enough sometimes to make me feel happier .

Great, very satisfied.

In life I find the simple things make me the happiest like riding my road bike going out on my mountain bike around the woods, being in nature and looking after my pet chickens and being outside.

I am very happy when it is hot and sunny as this helps our bodies rejuvenate and the vitamin D is great for our skin health and being in the UK we miss out a lot on these points due to the weather, the Shark mask will be great to help me feel relaxed and happy during the dull months.

It’s the simple things for me, but recently being grateful about having my own home with my partner. Getting snuggled on the sofa to watch an episode of our favourite show, a bit of chocolate and the dog. I just love my little family and looking at them from a different angle makes me so happy and appreciative.

Laying on the sofa just next to my husband and playing ps5 games together. Even if I am rubbish he always supports me and ignores when I loot chests instead of fighting boss. It’s called true love.

We had a power cut last night and so the family gathered around the kitchen table, lit by candles and played card games. It was a fun evening, everyone was happy and it made us reflect on the fact that we all need to slow down and remember time with each other is precious.

Anytime to myself which is rare as I work 2.5 days, provide nanny daycare 2 days, my mom has dementia and I support her too, so to go swimming once a week and walk is my way to distress.

So many things! Finishing a book, going for a walk in nature, seeing a band play live music, laughing to a new comedy at the cinema, enjoying a meal prepared by my partner, meeting up with my niece and nephew for fun and games. There’s a lot to enjoy in life if you like the little things

Sitting in a hot tub at night, gazing at the night sky. Seeing my daughter smile. Travelling to new places. Spending time with loved ones

Turning up with a group of friends on a cold frosty morning for a game of pétanque. The exercise and laughter is a great tonic to start the day

What make me happy? Generally everything, I try see all good small thongs around me😄 I am very positive person but sometimes I have worse days like everyone... then I like listen music, meet friends, sometimes I prefer be alone... it's not one answer what help me in that worse days... I love making macrame projects, I like put together a puzzles, reading the book, go for a long walk with my dogs. When I think that I have really bad day I try to remind myself how lucky I am, I mean that me and my son are healthy, we still breathing, we have food to eat and we have small but nice, warm house where we can leave and I am greatful every day for this🤗 I like hear that my son achive is targets, even smallest one we celebrate like big things ❤️
