Any sort of downtime after work or college! Juggling the two as a mature learner, I get minimal time - but I love to play relaxing games on my Nintendo Switch in bed, cosy pyjamas and a cup of Hot Chocolate or some snacks!

I am 19 and live 7 hours away from my family, what makes me happy is when we call or FaceTime each other as i get to finally see them. I try to visit as much as I can but it is very expensive on the train (£120+) so being able to call them makes me feel like i am home.

The support of friends and family- never more so needed!

A day off work with with no chores waiting for me and no responsibilities makes me really happy, I can just relax, watch a couple Bond movies and enjoy a takeaway with my girlfriend. Bliss 😁

My family always fill my heart with happiness. Sometimes just to hear giggling from them, makes all my blues disappear!

I’m always happiest when I can help others with their problems, no matter how small or trivial those may seem. That brightens my day more than anything else!

Extended family get-togethers, fun and laughter all the way. My niece got married last July and the whole family met “in the flesh” for first time since lockdown. A friend was playing golf across the River Dee that afternoon, and all she could hear was the gales of laughter sweeping over…..What memories. yes, family rules OK...

Time with my grown up children. Seeing them talk to each other and get along. It makes my heart sing.
