My favourite holiday was a two week solo break to Thailand. One week of sunbathing, swimming, and massages on Koh Samui followed by a swift week of exploration and adventure across the rest of Thailand culminating in Bangkok.

Australia by far! So much adventure, I did a skydive, got my first tattoo and extended my 3 week holiday to 3 months! We stayed over Christmas and new year and did the whole east coast! Was amazing! Would 100% go back but it’s so expensive for flights!

I took my stepdaughter with me to Copenhagen and Oslo last year in May to go see one of my favourite artists, Charles Esten. We met up with all the other Chipsters and had a blast. But the most important and best part of the trip, we surprised my daughter back home in Mandal! They got on like a house on fire! And my stepdaughter got to meet my dad and stepmom as well. Memories for life!!

I spent 3 months backpacking across India - from the tropical rainforests in Kerala in the south to snow capped mountains of the Himalayas in the north and Rajasthani deserts in the west. The food was always amazing and the hospitality was from another world. It was a beautiful trip and I met many amazing people and did so many amazing things!

Definitely a trip to New York with the kids. We loved exploring and the whole experience was just out of this world.

Crete. What a wonderful place. Easter, and we are sitting by the pool looking up at the snow capped mountains. Wonderful food and friendly people, they certainly know how to make a holiday and Easter memorable. With fireworks at midnight and an effigy sliding down a wire in to the bonfire with pops and bangs as a soundtrack. I long to go back and see this wonderful country and people again.

My best holiday so far was a road trip in the USA. We flew into Los Angeles, then drove to Las Vegas, then on to Fresno via Death Valley. Whilst in Fresno, we drove to Yosemite Park, which was absolutely stunning. From there we drove to San Francisco, possibly my favourite city in the world. Such a memorable trip.
