Reading everyones responses have made me really want a BBQ and now im hungry!😅 also I definitely have some things to try! I think you have to have a good, refreshing salad to balance out all the meat! Some pomegranate, some feta, avocado, lots of cucumber!😋

Hear me out, but take whole aubergines and cover them with a little oil and salt. You put them on the bbq and then you can char the outside and the flesh goes beautifully soft and Smokey. You can eat them as they are or make a babaganoush or even save the remainder for an aubergine chilli. Also the best bit is you can just leave them to one side, turning them every now and then but generally they can’t be overdone

Everyone always forgets the pudding; take a banana slice it open lengthways and pop a few small pieces of mars bar or snickers inside. Wrap the banana in foil and place onto the bbq. Mamamia it’s a banana delight

I would have to say either some halloumi skewers, BBQ pulled pork or some green pesto pasta. I am not particularly a good cook so would really benefit from the Ninja Wood fire Pro x

A big Puglian-style caprese with burrata instead of mozzarella feels like summer in five minutes!

Mashed up apples fermented and mixed with yeast and then squeezed and refrigerated 😉😉

To eat, it's always the dessert, bananas and cream, slice softly down the skin just to break into it, put into a bowl with some brandy or rum and then grill till blackened and then scoop out into a bowl and add some pouring cream over the top, absolute delight

Nice big burger, with black pudding, crispy onions and sweet bbq pulled pork.  On a brioche bun slightly toasted.  With some bbq pineapple rings on the side.  Of course a nice cold glass of lemonade with a slice of  lemon and ice.  But unfortunately im useless on the bbq i always over cook my food. Like black crispy burnt. So this would be awesome for me.
