Asparagus spears, wrapped in thin steak, with a horseradish sauce - put on skewers, then cut into bite size pieces. Delicious and quick!

Bananas, split and then sprinkle on Demerara sugar before adding to  the grill

Chicken with a sweet & spicy mango lime marinade - cannot be beaten.   I just make sure the chicken is pre-cooked (in oven) before final finish on the BBQ to give a super additional smoky flavour.

simply meaty burgers hit the spot every time

Skewered marinated lamb, fresh Greek bread and plenty of tzatziki. I'm not even Greek!

All great tips for keeping your phone safe! Had mine nicked in London a few years ago and it was sobering to realise how much of our lives are on our phones.

For a BBQ, I love a good mix but my absolute favourite has to be pork belly. Getting that sweet spot between crisp caramelized golden outside and a perfectly cooked and juicy inside.

We just love halumi burgers with grilled sweetcorn and!all types of vegetable.  The main thing is the gathering and laughter and creating memories.  With this grill I would be able to add the extra bits to our core memories.

What is your favourite food to bring to a summer barbecue? Egg fried rice with plenty of MSG. Fuiyoh!

It'd have to be brazillian Picaña, noice thick juicy fat cap that bastes the meat proper as it cooks. Don't wanna go mad on seasoning, just let the beef flavor shine. just a good bit of sea salt and a dusting of garlic powder then grilled on high heat.

Banging mate.

Good Quality Sausages.  Easy to cook, great in a bun with onions, sauce or mustard.

Low-carbon low-smoke fuel: if it's an electric barbecue then plug it in to a 100% -renewables Power supplier.

Halloumi skewers with peppers and red onion, because they are colourful, crowd-pleasing, and usually disappear before the burgers are ready.

Got to be steak for the BBQ.

A useful tip if you have a physical SIM is to set a SIM lock. This way no one can steal your aim out it in a new device and run up a massive bill
