I have 2 New Years resolutions. One is to complete my first ever marathon in April and taise money for alzheimers society and the second is to complete at least 1 hike per month. This is for my own mental health.

My New Year’s resolution is to decide what I want to do on my phone BEFORE I pick it up and not be distracted into deviating from this focus once the phone is opened up.

My New Year's resolution is to quit alcohol. As I've gotten older, my body suffers a lot more than it used to and hangovers tend to last for days!

I don’t have a New Year’s resolution, as I don’t really believe in them. If you want to make a change why wait till new year! I am trying to be more patient though, so let’s say that 😎

I would say the usual loose weight stuff but I can work off a few pounds naturally, so it’s to cut down alcohol and cut out the sweet things. Also having an ulcer and hiatus hernia I’ve got to de-stress!
