No new years resolution as such, no point setting a target that's asking to be failed. Just aiming to be a little bit better at everything this year compared to last year.

My aim for this year is to complete two 5 mile (or more) hikes a week.  I understand walking is one of the best ways of keeping fit, which is important to be able to avoid, fight off and recover from illness.

My New Year’s resolution is to take better care of my body while continuing to help others with their rehabilitation. I’m currently recovering from an ankle injury, so I want to focus on strengthening and looking after myself, while also learning more ways to support people with musculoskeletal issues. I hope that by improving my own health, I can inspire and assist others on their journeys too.

My New Years resolution is to become fitter and healthier by a combination of eating the right foods, drinking less, going to the gym and leading an altogether healthier lifestyle, however, this does not mean giving up the fun things in life!

New Years resolution is to try and ease arthritis in my knee by keeping it flexible and mobile.  Looking to walk at least 5000 steps every day so as to keep the joint flexible.

Happy New Year to everyone out there.

My New Year’s Resolution, after a very difficult time due to health issues, is to try to stay positive and as happy as possible.   It’s not always easy to do that and I can't help but feel down at times.  I take the glass half full approach and try to do what I can to deal with my health.
