As a 70 year old, I’ve changed my thinking from scoffing at those who go to a gym. I’ve joined a women only one. My resolution for this year is to maintain my weight loss, get to the gym at least 3 times a week and celebrate simply being alive. Oh and the other was to finally drive my husband’s car. We’ve only had it 2 years! I’ve achieved that one!
