can you turn off safe search for me

Hi,

I’m trying to follow the instructions to turn off Safe search. When I go to my profile to look for My Services, it asks me to log in again and says my credentials are wrong. I haven’t just logged in using my credentials to get me to this page. So there might be a bug. Can you turn off safe search for me please? This platform is glitchy.

Welcome to the Community!

Are you referring to the Adult Content Filter?

Have you tried logging in on the app and your account online?

I would advise to reset your password if you are still having issues.

If you require further assistance from us we can PM you to turn off the filter.

Hello Kash, I have tried everything and still safe search won't turn off. Can you please turn it off.

If you are unable to turn off Adult Content Filter in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can chat to one our agents on Live Chat. Just type “speak to someone”, to get through to an agent. Thanks!

The same thing is happening to me. I think it’s a system glitch, can someone resolve this?!
