Refer a Friend prior to April 2024

I referred a friend prior to April 2024, and to my understanding there used to be a separate link for instances such as this. I’m trying to view my reward, which I have previously been able to do, but now can’t find the required link for viewing a reward for a referral prior to April. Can someone please advise on this?

“The iD Mobile Refer a Friend scheme with Buyapowa ended on April 23, 2024. If you successfully signed up and registered for the referral scheme before that date, you have time until 30th July 2024 to redeem your rewards.”.

Sorry about this, but it seems like your reward may have expired.

Hi Tom, I am confident that the reward has not expired as I have a picture of one (I and my partner both qualified for rewards at the same time but we only took a screen shot of one). She managed to use hers two days ago. We redeemed the rewards at the end of June, we just never used them. 
 

The issue seems to be that the previously available link to view these rewards is no longer available.

Okay, so the reward was redeemed, however you have now lost the voucher that was sent to you, correct?

 

The link that would take you to this voucher has now expired?

Hi Tom, correct. The reward was redeemed, and was accessible through the link on the ID mobile website, which no longer seems to exist.
