Upgrade failure

Is there anyone who knows how to contact these muppets by phone or email. Upgraded last night, new phone arrives mid morning but Im at work. Existing phone gets SIM disabled so now I cant make any calls and not home till later. 

I just know this E-sim phone wont set up tonight so I will be left with no phone and noone to call apart from robots, or ask people on here to do their support for them

@Angst1616 -

Is your current phone eSIM compatible? If so you can activate on that device to restore service. Then when you get round to setting up your new phone, get a replacement.

I have an iphone12 so I scanned QR code and it changed multiple settings in my phone - giving me primary accounts for voice as well as data - no help! - Ive since deleted E-SIM as needed to try something and chat person said they had exhausted their options so could not help and wished me a happy day!!

Both Chat help and Cancel my phone is 60 min wait so not sure I got anymore time to wait for them
