Can anyone tell me if 0300 numbers are free to call from a pay monthly contract as the live chat person is useless!

the person I spoke to on live chat said in one conversation I would be charged then soon changed their answer after I told them I had posted on here.

0300 numbers are not always free, it depends completely on that specific number.

 

If you’re worried about spending too much extra on your bill, we’d recommend using a bill cap.
