0800 from Lanzarote not working

Hi

im trying to call an 0800 from Lanzarote but it’s not working. I’m sure my account is setup correctly, everything is set to blue under manage Id services.

is there anything else I need to do?

    Sorry to hear this, it might not be possible to call these numbers whilst roaming, we’d recommend trying again whilst in the UK.

     

    Are you able to call standard 07 numbers?
