£100 Currys voucher

I hope you're well. When I purchased my phone, I was entitled to a £100 Currys voucher, which was also mentioned in my contract. However, I have not yet received it.

Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive the voucher?

I ordered on mobiles.co.uk order number 137141272 and I placed the order on 1st December.
