£100 Currys Voucher Not Recieved

Hi,

I made a purchase from you on 28th Nov last year and one of the main incentives for me was the £100 Currys voucher. I have a screenshot of my contracting which states in eligible for the voucher, but I've still not received it, nor heard any mention of it?

Can anyone help?

In one of your emails from us, it should’ve stated at the bottom of them when it’ll be emailed to you.

 

Please check your emails and see if you can find this date.

Hi Tyler,

 

Thanks for your reply and help so far.

I've looked through my emails and it only says about redeeming an apple music/apple TV voucher. But in my contract paperwork it says I should be getting the £100 Currys voucher?

As I said, this voucher was one of the main reasons I switched to iD mobile so just want to make sure I receive it.

Step 1:
Purchase a Google Pixel 9 Pro between 29/01/2025 – 14/02/2025

 

Step 2:
Gift Card dispatched to registered email address 30-60 days after last day of promotion.

Gift Card valid for 24 months from date of issue.

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Returned devices do not qualify for voucher.

So to confirm, gift card dispatched to registered email address 30-60 days after last day of promotion, which was 14/02/2025.

Hi Tyler,

 

I appreciate there might be the same offer on at the moment, but this offer was also on in November 2024. It says on your expired offers page that the offer was on between 27/11/24-03/12/2024. I purchased my Google Pixel 9 on November 28th, and therefore qualified for the offer. 

I will attach a screenshot of the expired offer as noted on your website, and also my confirmation email detailing the date I purchased the phone, and therefore qualified for the voucher.
