120Gb/month plan


Hi

I recently signed up to a 120Gb monthly data plan. On the app although it shows 120gb available it says my plan is for 1.5Gb/month. I have searched on here and it says it is a glitch with the mobile app and not to worry but the same 1.5Gb/month is showing when I log in to your website as well. I just want to confim I’m on the 120Gb/month plan

Your main allowance shows you still have 119GB remaining,  which confirms you are definitely on 120GB allowance. 

It is just a glitch on the system which is why it shows 1.5gb. 

 

(Probably the base plan is 1.5gb  and then it adds extra 118.5gb free, making a total of 120gb deal.)

 

Don't worry, everything looks good. 

 

 

BUT i strongly recommend you edit your post and delete the image as it shows your personal mobile number!!
