1p still pending in my account

Hi I still have 1p still pending in my bank account and I know the phone I wanted is a per-order has  I ordered the iPhone SE 2020 in red but was just wondering as to why my account is still pending with the 1p

    I’m sorry to hear about this.

    If the transaction has not gone through, then the 1p payments that are pending will be released in due course.

    Have you tried to make the order from a different device and/or browser?

    @Mohammed i had a email saying that my order was still being processing as it’s a pre-order and the pending 1p has gone thought now so just a matter of waiting for the date now 9/6/20 for the phone to be ready and they said I will have a email when it’s out for delivery

    Hi @Eve Reid,

    The 1p is taken as authorisation and it is released by your bank within 3-5 working days. Are you still facing issues with the missing 1p?
