1st text of the day not being recieved

My 1st text of the day isn’t being received by my wife. We have both just been into Apple who ran diagnostic checks on both phones and said it will be the service providers issue so here I am! When I resend the text, it comes through twice it’s like I’m waking ID Mobile up in the morning!!

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your iPhone, @Greg Collier

The iOS user guide explains the procedure for this operation.

Hi @Tyler, would say that it’s worked as not had my wife complaining that she’s not receiving my 1st text so that’s a bonus!
