I got the phone on 17th September I had a bill come out 2nd Oct  which is not even 1month now I had a 2nd bill come on on 31st Oct why this I not even had the phone 2months

    I’ve bought a phone on the 17th of October and they are literally charging me on the 29th of October, 12 days later. I deliberately picked the 5th as a billing date coz that’s when I get paid and even the app said my first payment was meant to be deducted on the 5 of December!! Customer service is a pile of sh** as I’ve signalled saying my bank was going to charge me even though I had no money on it. He said he has changed but I’ve still got charged
