I am recieving normal text messages but not 2FA messages. I have been through the FAQ's and followed instructions but still not resolved. For clarification it's a new phone and provider for 5 days now. The bank said messages are with your provider so are being sent and to speak to them. How do I speak to id mobile to resolve now?
