Question

2nd sim

I recently purchased a new contract and handset for myself.  On the same day i ordered a monthly rolling sim for my daughter but it was cancelled and told I had to wait 90 days before I could order.

Is this correct?  It was a 30 day rolling plan so no real contract involved.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, this happens sometimes @Pamelar21

At times, the iD systems for assessing credit riskiness / worthiness appear to behave strangely.

If you can’t wait 90-days, maybe best to look elsewhere for your daughter’s rolling monthly SIM only plan.

Unfortunately only certain networks work in the area.  It just seems strange that I could have probably had them on the same order but because I ordered separately one was cancelled.  Very strange.

Is it only the Three mobile network that works in your area, @Pamelar21

Three and EE.  But I'd just rather we had the same provider and I liked the deals available,.  I'll wait the 3 months, just seems silly.

Hey there @Pamelar21, we’re sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, as mentioned kindly by @andewhite, if you order more than one contract, or in quick succession, one order can sometimes fail the credit check and you would have to wait up-to 90-days to re-order I’m afraid. For further advice, you could call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

Thanks,

Tyler
