Hello, new customer to Id mobile, so looking for some help please.
Received email today to say I can apply for 3 months of apple TV/arcade/music for free.
Followed the link and the steps, verified my card /purchase with the bank app.
Then when I get told to return to id mobile, it takes me back lt a loading page. Then crashes with a 404 message.
Any help would be appreciated.

A bit suspicious that I get a 404 on something like apple.

Can you please copy the link in to another browser?
Also, please try clearing your Cache/cookies.
