3 months Apple services not working

Hi,

 

I’ve recently tried to redeem the free 3 months for Apple TV, Music and Arcade. 2 of the 3 links aren’t working for me, the Arcade and Music ones fail and say “UID missing or incorrect.” The Apple TV link worked fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
