3 months free apple arcade link not working

Ive tried to claim my 3 months apple arcade via the email link and im met with the following, ive tried several browsers and deleting cache. The only link that works is apple tv, the music and arcade gives this error

    Hiya - I’ve got the exact same error message! Also I just use Safari - Apple’s native browser? Unsure why it would require using a different browser?
