30 day period for cancellation

Hi I'm cancelling my contract for 3, I've received their SIM and the phone number will be transferred tomorrow, 13 September. My billing month runs from 15th to 14th, so I would have had another month starting from 15 September. I am on a rolling monthly SIM only contract. Will I be charged for 15 September to 14 October, as the 30 day notification period implies this?

Hi @rliu1990,

Whenever you ask to leave, the 30-day period starts from then so any bills due within that time will be taken as normal. If you start a new month during this 30-day period, when the final bill arrives, it will show any debits or credits owed between the time of the last bill being produced, and the last day of the 30-day period.
