4G connection not working

At my partners address the coverage checker says he should have excellent inside and outside coverage but neither of us can get an Internet connection on our phones. This was always poor but recently has got to the point we can't even use our phones. Both of us with ID, he has a Samsung S22 and I have a Huawei P30 pro. Phone calls are vertually impossible but 4G and signal appear good on the phone. We have reset network settings, but no change. I can't find a way to report this to ID except to the community. Is anyone able to assist please? Thanks

Sorry about this, we’d expect some issues with signal here.

Hi @KellyAL

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having these issues?

I notice you mention it has always been poor, all iD Mobile plans have the option to return early on based on being unhappy with coverage, was this option not explored?

It wasn't as big a problem, you could still use the Internet and stream until recently. I also use WiFi calling at my own house so hasn't affected me there It's also not easy to contact ID which is why I've raised the question on this forum. The postcode is LL319QF.

Thank you for your reply

Thanks Tom. It's not ideal by any stretch. I belive ernis mast also serves the busy nearby seaside town too. The strange thing is that as you leave the village in any direction the 4G improves. Thanks for your reply.
