4g is not working


My 4G is not working on my phone, but when I put my SIM card in another phone it works and if I put a different SIM card in my phone it works so can’t figure out the issue. I have followed all the online advice but none of this has worked. Any ideas what I need to do?

@Pebbles28  Afternoon sound pretty strange here, are you able to go to a Curry's store with your phone and pick up a replacement SIM card?

I take it the phone and Sim was working before hand on 4G and is this device from IDMobile? 

If you're unavailable to go to a Curry's store or into your IDMobile account under Plan and the Sim and Phone Management select Request a replacement SIM or eSim and follow the instructions.

I have been using the phone and SIM card for over a year and had no issues until now.

When putting the sim in another phone the 4G works

So I took it to the Apple Store in town but then it worked! So maybe an issue with my area? But when putting my sim in another iPhone 11 in the same location it worked so not sure.

using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Pebbles28   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
