I visited Currys store who told me the same.
It appears Gift Cards have not been activated??
Rob on the main Desk emailed Currys with all relevant details related to Currys £50 Gift Card & my details.
Had hoped I would have received an email by now given I visited store on Saturday.
I’m going into Currys store to request support from ID mobile & Currys as it appears lots people in same boat.

Curry’s appear to be giving customers the run around.
Claiming they think customers should have been given EGift via email as opposed to an actual Gift Card. Regardless the Gift Cards we the customers have been given are worthless unless they’re Activated.
Ive been trying for more than a Week. Still no response from Curry's given I’ve been in store 2 visits, Ive contacted Id mobile & confirmed all relevant details required included Gift Card No.
ID mobile informed me after confirming all details it would take 24-48 hrs for Gift Card to be activated. That was last Wednesday.
After 2cnd visit to Curry’s on Saturday, this was the excuse I was given as above & I should wait until Curry's contact me. 1Wk 2days later still no contact received from Curry’s . It would be great if Curry’s & ID mobile worked together to support Customers. What’s the point in offering a £50 Gift Card if no one’s activating it?????
Can somebody please help us as Customers with the £50 Gift Card Activation.
Why after 1Week & 3Days my £50 Gift Card still not Activated.
Still no response from Currys as was promised in store.
ID mobile just continue to take complaints & confirmation of details of customer & Gift Card Number.
Although No actual SUPPORT to Activate Gift Card to use in store or on line?????
Can someone Please offer Support to actually follow through Activation of Gift Card.

We’re aware some Gift Cards are taking up to 14 days to activate from point of dispatch. We’re working with the Currys team to understand why this is and resolve as soon as possible.

Although after being given the run around for near on 2wks with ID Mobile & Curry’s.
I am like many other customers who have been given Curry’s Gift Cards that are basically Worthless until they are Activated, very frustrated at the wasted time & effort in trying to get some actual support to simply Activate £50 Gift Cards.
The Manager Aden at Curry’s finally emailed me yesterday 16th April, he said he has been communicating with Medics Team & Management at Curry’s, but claimed there is still No Solution & thanked me for my patience.
Hence I am back to square 1.
With respect if your claiming it will take 2weeks for these Gift Cards to be Activated why have I been given numerous other responses like wait for 24-48 hrs last week & other fictitious solutions to Activating these Gift Cards, none of which have Worked. You have a lot of people with the same issue it’s basically misrepresentation in sales which Trading Standards & the Ombudsman wouldn’t take kindly to I’m sure.
With respect The 2 Weeks are nearly up.
I’l do as you suggested & go into Curry’s Store on Sat 19th April & let’s hope these Gift Cards have been finally Activated.
Meanwhile it would be wise for you to inform any representatives who work for ID Mobile to stop fobbing people off with any more excuses when they turn to ID Mobile for Support related to CURRYS £50 Gift Cards.
If any other person/s who has upgraded etc & received a £50 Curry’s Gift Card that is still not Activated.
Please try to use the Gift Card at Curry’s , as this Manager has suggested after yr 2weeks, & put a response on this Community if you have been successful.
Lets hope we the customer’s finally get what we signed up for

Yeah same just tried my card again and still shows as card inactive. Don't understand why inactive cards were sent out i worked in retail and know how it works it's simple scan type 50 n enter! Ridiculous but offer is an offer so I want that £50 just like others

I tried the link typed in Curry’s Gift Card Numbers & security code as you suggested,
it Simply Does Not Work.
Message pops up telling me “something’s gone wrong”
The only thing that Has Gone Wrong ID Mobile & Currys are advertising this promotion & it’s A Scam. As there appears No one has been able to Activate there Currys £50 Gift Card
Hence not going to be any different in Curry’s Store.
Although 2wks is up tomorrow, ID Mobile Manager messaged me a couple days ago, claiming Currys Gift Card should be activated within 2wks????
whereby il go to Curry’s store yet again to try to Activate Gift Card.
So instead of giving us Customers the Run around Communicate with Currys & sort the issue out once & for All please.
Or I think Trading Standards & the Ombudsmsn would be interested how ID Mobile & Curry’s are Scamming Customers.
