Just to let you know it is still not working.

Its now 5th June so still same problem.

I think its time for some intervention by IDmobile.


Contact Complaints Department.

It took me a long long time to address, not quite there though. As ID Mobile claimed they finally would waver my bill for 6 months. 
only they wavered 2months & then started to bill me.

Hence contacted Complaints Dpt this Wednesday 4th June 2025, was confirmed what was agreed. & agreed they would deposit £40 in my Bank within 24hrs. It’s now Friday 6th June still waiting for my £40.

So many people have been duped, hence I would suggest on principle, pursue the Vurrys Gift Card that was given to you. Because it seems a lot of them have Simply Not Been Activated????

No I’m still waiting 36hrs & counting????

Cintri was clearly fobbing me off.

it’s simple give me what was agreed 6months off my phone bills as only 2months has been wavered.

Or deposit £40.00 in my Bank Account as was agreed by Cintri at Complaints Dpt on Eed 4th June 2025.

it’s not rocket science.

No IDmobile were supposed to get back in 24-48 hours about my complaint.

I guess the weekend does not count.so as of Friday evening It was approximately 24 hours

As with everybody else they will then say wait 14 days.

Its disgraceful

I’m sorry you feel this way, a refund can take up to 7 working days, it won’t be as quick as 36 hours unfortunately.

 

If you’re already with the complaints team, we’d recommend keeping on with them.

Well there’s a Surprise, Each of You have come up with different times. 1st I’m told 48hrs, You have said 7 Days. Nox at Complaints said after checking all relevant details & confirming what ID originally agreed it’s now 5 Working Days.

ID Mobile are like a Lottery, think ID Mobile make up there rules as they go along or it’s just none of you appear to know or communicating between teams.

With respect there has been absolutely No Confusion on my part.

It was yourself who confirmed you had ensured you had informed people across the board.

Hence I’ve been given the run around yet again.

Nox informed me 5 working days at Complaints Department this morning 9th June.

I last spoke with Cintri 4th June who told me 48hrs. Today I’m Now I’m being told 7 Days???

I think the confusion lies with ID Mobile. 

With respect is It any wander I’m so utterly frustrated going around in circles yet again.

I can confirm refunds typically take up-to 7-working days to be received, so please allow this time-frame.

ID Employees really need to be singing from the same hymn sheet. 
With respect that’s down to staff training.

I’ve been patience All this time waiting yet again, let’s wait & see what happens in 7 Days.

I can confirm refunds typically take up-to 7-working days and shouldn’t take longer than that, so if it does, please do re-contact our complaints team to chase it.
