Just to let you know it is still not working.

Its now 5th June so still same problem.

I think its time for some intervention by IDmobile.

Contact Complaints Department.

It took me a long long time to address, not quite there though. As ID Mobile claimed they finally would waver my bill for 6 months. 
only they wavered 2months & then started to bill me.

Hence contacted Complaints Dpt this Wednesday 4th June 2025, was confirmed what was agreed. & agreed they would deposit £40 in my Bank within 24hrs. It’s now Friday 6th June still waiting for my £40.

So many people have been duped, hence I would suggest on principle, pursue the Vurrys Gift Card that was given to you. Because it seems a lot of them have Simply Not Been Activated????

No I’m still waiting 36hrs & counting????

Cintri was clearly fobbing me off.

it’s simple give me what was agreed 6months off my phone bills as only 2months has been wavered.

Or deposit £40.00 in my Bank Account as was agreed by Cintri at Complaints Dpt on Eed 4th June 2025.

it’s not rocket science.

No IDmobile were supposed to get back in 24-48 hours about my complaint.

I guess the weekend does not count.so as of Friday evening It was approximately 24 hours

As with everybody else they will then say wait 14 days.

Its disgraceful

I’m sorry you feel this way, a refund can take up to 7 working days, it won’t be as quick as 36 hours unfortunately.

If you’re already with the complaints team, we’d recommend keeping on with them.

Well there’s a Surprise, Each of You have come up with different times. 1st I’m told 48hrs, You have said 7 Days. Nox at Complaints said after checking all relevant details & confirming what ID originally agreed it’s now 5 Working Days.

ID Mobile are like a Lottery, think ID Mobile make up there rules as they go along or it’s just none of you appear to know or communicating between teams.

With respect there’s absolutely no confusion on my part. 
Having liased with yourself & finally thinking all was agreed & sorted. 
Ive now been in touch with Complaints again x 2 last Wed 4th June & this morning 9th June 2025.

So once again if this had been communicated across the board, why am I having to chase ID Mobile again & again??

Once again with respect not at all good customer service or professional. Lets wait & see how long ID Mobile take to Deposit £40 owed to me.

I think the confusion lies with ID Mobile.

I can confirm refunds typically take up-to 7-working days and shouldn’t take longer than that, so if it does, please do re-contact our complaints team to chase it.

Complaints team lost my complaint. Will now get back in 48 hours, that's unless they forget or lose it again. I'dmobile need to get their heads together with Currys and sort this out.

My £50 gift card is slightly different. It cognises it as £50 and deducts it as it should. I pay the difference on a credit card. I get an email to confirm the order.

Then nothing happens, when I check what is happening I find they have cancelled the order.

Contact Currys ask why they have cancelled the order they say a glitch in their system the gift card has not been accepted. It then takes 3-4 days for the gift card to get credited back it's £50. Try again and the same thing happens again.

Idmobile are incapable of sorting this out.

Can I please have  a £50 credit off my i'dmobile account and forget about the Currys voucher?

Good Luck James, yr gonna need it. I’ve been all around the houses & back again up hill down dale so to speak.

Finally when I thought I’d made a break through & Tyler agreed iD mobile would give me credit to the value of Gift card & little extra for all inconvenience stress caused by this Currys Gift Card that appears to be Totally inactive, & you get sent on wild goose chase by ID mobile.

Well the crux of it is I’ve received only 2 wavered payments if credit on my Bill & now Id mobile billing Me. Gets worse. Having contacted Complaint department they tell you Yr credit will be with you 48 hrs then 5 Days,Then 7 days. 

Im gonna check my bank tomorrow let’s hope they finally get there act together.

I think we’re 1of many ID customers pretty fed up with how we’ve been treated. More so it’s not Professional or respectful to treat Customers as they are

 

Quite honestly unless we all get together and take out legal proceedings against the Currys Group, the imbeciles at IDmobile are more than happy to keep laughing at us and have actively encouraged me to cancel my contract. I have never met such a dishonest company in my life.
