5G

​@George1932 There may be a number of reasons for this. Did you ever have 5G service and are you receiving 4G services on your phone. If you were receiving 5G service when did it stop working?

In order for 5G to work you would need a iD Mobile 5G compatible handset and to be in a 5G area.

I’m in a 5G area and my phone is the same as my husbands his works ?.

You need to provide your POSTCODE, so they can look into.

I did provide my postcode , my husband has same phone on. a cheaper tariff and has 5G 

Are you both using iD Mobile?

Yes both on id both got the same phone he’s on a cheaper tariff than me , he gets 5G I don’t strange 

Did you purchase the two phones at the same time and from the same retailer, ​@George1932? 

Can you find the model number of the phones in question? 

No we purchased them  3 months apart they are Apple SE

This Apple support topic should help your iPhone model number. Not all iPhone SE models are 5G capable.
