@George1932 There may be a number of reasons for this. Did you ever have 5G service and are you receiving 4G services on your phone. If you were receiving 5G service when did it stop working?

Hi @George1932,

Welcome to the Community!

In order for 5G to work you would need a iD Mobile 5G compatible handset and to be in a 5G area.

Can you confirm the postcode for us?

Kash

Did you purchase the two phones at the same time and from the same retailer, @George1932

Can you find the model number of the phones in question?

This Apple support topic should help your iPhone model number. Not all iPhone SE models are 5G capable.
