My first post :)
My friend referred me to IDMobile via a link. When I tried to complete the transaction at payment, I would get a message saying that my payment couldn't be processed at this time.
I tried in different Web browsers etc but had the same issue. I had to then go through to Carphone Warehouse where again I had the same issues at payment.
I spoke with an agent over the phone who was able to process the payment for me.
This ofcourse meant that I couldn't use my friends referral code. I tried to contact the webchat at ID mobile but wasn't given much help.
Basically, I want to get the referral reward for me and my friend as she did refer me but due to website issues I couldn't use her link.
Is there a way we can both get the rewards?
