i buy a phone in monthly contract last month and after reciving phone i install id mobile app and complete all the step when it tell me to write last name date of birth and number i wrote this and it show details is not mach our record ! almost 1 week or more then this i comcommunicate with an id mobile agent on chat i told him about the problems he check the information he said the information im saying is ok there is some tecnical issue and he said me that they will fix this at within 48 hours but the problem is not solv anymore , what should i do now?
