I am currently in greece but have just recieved a text to say welcome to turkey and that i will be charged

    You must be picking up a mast from Turkey. To use roaming in Greece make sure you are using either of the following network partners.

    HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A. (OTE S.A.), Wind Hellas, Vodafone Greece

    You should be able to search and select these manually rather than having the device use automatic mode.

    Hey there ​@Jordan Morley, we hope the kind advcie from ​@MZone has been able to help, and we’d recommend following his instructions above.

     

    Furthermore, we’d advise changing your bill cap to £0.00 via the iD Mobile app/website when logged in, to ensure you don’t connect to roaming in Turkey, as you’d be charged for doing so.
