Hi I am struggling to log into my account as I have a different email and phone number so I can't pay my monthly bill could I please have some assistance

Have you registered previously? I’m not sure how having a different email/phone number would stop you logging in if an account already exists.

 

Have you tried the manual payment line on 7777 from your iD Mobile number or 0333 003 0001 alternatively?
