I cannot access my account, this hasn’t worked for weeks now, is there any other way to check data usage?

Hey there ​@Kevin H, sorry to hear that. What happens when you try the access the app?

 

To check your iD Mobile data usage, you can use the iD Mobile app, the iD Mobile website, or by calling 7777 from your iD Mobile SIM.
