account suspended due no payment

Morning. My account was suspended due to no payment I have since paid the due amount, however I set up deroct debit when I registered with Idmobile

Hi, 
 

I have the same issue its been over 12 hours and my services are still barred. Can someone contact me as it was not my fault. My direct debit details were on the account why am I having to be with no phone?

I am in the same boat, my services still have not been activated after 12 hours. I have restarted my phone multiple times and still nothing. I need my phone.

I have still got no service. This is getting ridiculous. Ive not been able to make any phone calls today, i need my phone for work! Is anyone able to point me in the direction to get this sorted?
