activate new sim

I've been to Curry's twice now for 2 new Sims and both say already active even though they are brand new

I also requested a esim 24 hours ago and still nothing arrived, I've checked my spam folder and 4 hours ago requested another esim and still nothings arrived

 just want to be able to use my number that I've not been able to use for 3 weeks yet I'm paying for it

Hi there ​@Sparkyuk80, when you get a replacement SIM card from Currys, these are not already active immediately, and need to be activated by yourself, or us at customer services. If you have physical SIM cards, you can activate them here or via the iD Mobile app/website when logged in:

I understand that but buth new sum cards I gir from Curry's says already active after I input the 19 numbers off of the sum, this is why I am stuck

So I requested a esim but nothing is arriving in my email box and I've checked the Spanish folder

If I write the sim card number here please can it be sorted out because when I try and do it it says already active but it's showing a x where the signal strength should be.

Hey there ​@Sparkyuk80, sorry to hear that. When you got them from Currys, did the staff say they activated them for you?

 

In terms of the eSIM, have you checked your spam/junk folders?

 

I cannot activate the SIM right here, and it’s a public forum, so I’ve deleted the SIM card number from your post as it’s personal information you wouldn’t want other people to have access to.

 

Have you tried both the replacement physical SIM cards in your phone?

I'm really stuck then because both time Curry's told me I had to contact id mobile and activate my sim but when I type in the number it says already activated

All, the apn details are correct also

I've requested an esim and I've checked all folders and nothings in them from id mobile so I'm at a loss now, I'm paying for a sim package I can't use
