Add-on charged twice

I purchased a data Add-on and it said Oops there has been an error, so I purchased the Add-on again and it said Thank you for your purchase, but now I see I have been charged twice. I only want one Add-on, how can I get a refund for the Add-on added erroneously? Thanks, Steve.
