I signed up to a contract yesterday with an a recurring add on of unlimited data. My data is now showing 10MB how can I be confident I have my add on

Unfortunately ​@Lorraine Usher, iD seems to say they no longer sell recurring add-on products. 

These community articles might help, otherwise maybe have a web chat with iD customer service about your account. 

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Hey there ​@Lorraine Usher, as kindly advised by ​@andewhite, we don’t sell re-occuring bundles anymore on PAYG.

 

Are you on PAYG, or a pay monthly plan? If pay monthly and you’re talking about a loyalty, re-occuring bundle offered by customer services/sales team, then this won’t show up on the app/website when logged in, but will be active if it was promised.
