Adding a new mobile plan to my existing account

I already have an ID account which I created for my daughter. I now have a new plan with ID which I want to add to existing ID account. How do I do this as when I enter my exiting mobile number it says it doesn't recognise it. Also I wish to provide my PAC number so that my existing number can be quickly transferred . As yet I have not received my new SIM.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you in relation to the registration issues, I will suggest that you do wait to transfer the number first before you register the new plan.
