adding a new phone number/sim card to my account

hi,

I currently have 2 accounts/phone numbers with ID mobile. I want to transfer a third number from another provider to ID mobile. I’ve ordered an esim card from ID mobile and have my PAC code for this  number that I want to transfer. How do I go through the switching process?  I can’t do it on the app because it doesn’t recognise the number that I want to use. And the esim card has a new number attached to it, which I don’t want to use.
