Hi! I’ve just switched over to a contract with IDMobile, moved over from Three. My sons are still with Three and I’m looking to switch them over too as there are some great sim only deals available. I’ve just tried to switch one of my sons over, but I’ve been declined on the credit check. I’ve never been turned down for credit before! Has this happened to anyone else? Is it because I’m a very new customer?
