I’ve had this option disabled on my phone since I got it at the start of the year and had full access, everything was fine.
However, over the past week, it sporadically blocks me. It’ll work in the morning and when I go there in the afternoon the page comes up saying that the filter IS enabled but when I check it quite clearly isn’t. this page keeps coming up even though filter is disabled Content Control | iD Mobile Network
I use this for work and its infuriating trying to access sites and being denied.
I’ve tried turning it on and off again, restarting my phone, contacting customer services and it still doesn’t work.
Anyone else had issues with this?
Customer service can’t seem to help so I’m at a loss what to do.
